Mark Menu
The Mark menu provides options for highlighting selected text with different background colors.
- Yellow
- Green
- Cyan
- Lavender
- Peach
- Ivory
- Turquoise
- Pink
- Purple
- Gray
- White
- Black

description.
White and black intentionally are NOT configurable,
they are always available.
So by using the Shortcut [Alt+M,0],
you can always reset the background color to White.
To use the Mark feature,
select the desired text,
open the Mark menu,
and choose a color to highlight the selected text.
Every custom color should have its unique keyboard shortcut.
So the Shortcut [Alt+M,Y] would highlight the selected text in yellow.
CsNote is not meant as a general word processor,
but as a tool for brainstorming,
troubleshooting and task planning.
So it has few features for free text formatting,
but instead tools and features for organizing structured information
as easily as possible.
This also applies to the colors: instead of allowing random color selection,
there is a set of predefined,
readable colors to make your work easier.
